The National Standardization Working Meeting Held in Beijing

January 14, 2022 /CEC/ - On January 14, 2022, the National Standardization Working Meeting was held in Beijing. An Hongguang, the Vice President of the China Electricity Council (CEC), attended the Meeting and made a keynote speech entitled "Standardization Empowering the Energy Transformation".

In the speech, An Hongguang introduced a series of achievements on CEC in the power standardization, new requirements and the further works of the power standardization in the next step. He further expressed that in recent years, CEC has carried out a lot of exploration and achieved results in building up the power standardization system and mechanism and accelerating the international power standardization cooperation. In the next step, CEC would fully implement the "National Standardization Development Outline" to carry out the power standardization at all levels in the power industry, and gave full play to the advantages of the group standards in emerging relevant technologies. In addition, CEC would also continue to explore the cooperation opportunities for the power standardization in Asia-Pacific under the mechanism of AESIEAP.
