Yang Kun Met with Han Hongmei from Siyuan Investment

January 14, 2022 /CEC/ - On January 14, 2022, Yang Kun, the Executive President of China Electricity Council (CEC), met with Han Hongmei, the Executive Director of Siyuan Investment Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred as“Siyuan Investment”) and her delegation. 

At the Meeting, Yang Kun firstly introduced the organization structure, the expert team, the service portfolio and the latest status of the international cooperation of CEC. Yang Kun mentioned that CEC and Siyuan Investment are very compatible in terms of services and have complementary resources. It is hoped that the both Parties could cooperate together for assisting the Chinese power companies to develop their business in overseas investment, interconnection, project contracting, equipment export and standard cooperation.

Han Hongmei then introduced the background of the establishment of the China-Africa Capacity Cooperation Fund and the China-Latin America Capacity Cooperation Investment Fund, as well as the strategic positioning, business development and investment in key projects of Siyuan Investment. She said that Siyuan Investment is willing to exchange the information and cooperate with CEC to jointly be the partner of more power enterprises while developing their overseas business and projects in Latin America and Africa.
