CAEPE Held the Fourth Member Meeting & the First Working Meeting of the Forth Council in Beijing

December 24, 2021 /CEC/ - On December 24, 2021, China Association of Electric Power Education (CAEPE) held its 4th Member Meeting and the 1st Working Meeting of the Fourth Council in Beijing. The Meetings were held in a hybrid way where 35 representatives joined onsite and 217 representatives joined remote. At the Meetings the new term of the CAEPE Council members and supervisors were elected. 

At the Meetings, the Work Report of the Third Council made by Wang Zhixuan, the President of CAEPE was reviewed and approved. Also, the Meeting delegates deliberated and approved the Financial Report of the Third Council, the Revised Draft of the‘CAEPE Constitution’， the ‘Regulations on CAEPE Membership Fees’as well as the Proposal for the appointment of the Deputy Secretary-General and the establishment of the new Committee of the IUR Partnership for the Smart Grid System .   

The Meeting delegates voted to elect candidates for the CAEPE Fourth Council members and supervisors. Liu Yongdong was elected as President of the Fourth Council, Zhang Huixiang as Executive President, Bai Junwen as Vice President and Secretary General, Zheng Sunchao, Wu Guopei, Chen Hao, Jiao Shaochen, Shao Lin, Li Zhiyong and Sun Zhongquan as Vice Presidents of the Council. And, Sun Jianhua was elected as Chief Supervisor.
