"Commander's Cup" Energy Interconnection Active Defense and Security Skills Competition finals successfully held in Haikou

From December 18 to 21, the finals of the "Commander Cup" Energy Interconnection Active Defense Security Skills Competition was successfully held in Haikou. The Science and Technology Development Service Center of China Electricity Council jointly organized the competition with China Academy of Industrial Internet, China Electric Power Research Institute, China Southern Power Grid Digital Grid Research Institute, and Global Energy Interconnection Research Institute. The competition focuses on the power field of the energy industry, aims to cultivate active defense teams for the energy interconnection, and improve the safety production skills of players. It is the highest-level cyber security event in the power industry this year.

The competition lasted for 5 months, with a total of more than 800 players participating. After qualifying and knockout games, 36 teams and 108 players entered the finals. The final competition adopts the latest ICT technology with red-blue power simulation function, which provides the latest shooting range environment of energy and power for the players and improves the actual combat skills of the players. A total of 16 winning organizations, 20 winning teams, and 8 outstanding commanders were awarded in the finals.
