From July 28 to 29, Wei Zhaofeng, Vice President of CEC, led a team to conduct a special on-site research on offshore wind power in Fujian Energy Investment Co., Ltd. of China Three Gorges Corporation.
The research group had an informal discussion with the Fujian Energy Investment Co., Ltd., visited the Xinghua Bay offshore wind power project and some of the equipment manufacturers in the industrial park, such as CRRC, Goldwind technology, and Dongfang Electric. Through on-site communication, the research group further understood the construction and operation of offshore wind power, current difficulties faced by enterprises and common voices from the sector.
