Yang Kun pointed out that since the 13th Five Year Plan, under the guidance of the new energy security strategy of "Four Revolutions and One Cooperation", the electric power industry has overcome difficulties and made continuous innovation, which has better met the demand of social and economic development for electricity, and promoted the transformation of electric power industry to high-quality development. The COVID-19 has brought unprecedented impact on economic and social development, the electric power enterprises actively implemented the government's deployment, provided strong power guarantee for the prevention and control of social epidemic and the resumption of work and production, and ensured the sufficient and reliable power supply.

At the meeting, Yang Kun granted a license to the Sichuan Electric Power Industry Evaluation Center of the Electric Power Industry Credit Building Office under the Sichuan Electric Power Industry Association Electric Power Industry Credit System Construction Office and proposed suggestions for the next-step credit building work of Sichuan Electric Power Industry Evaluation the Center. The power industry should strengthen the credit evaluation of market players in the power industry, implement industry trustworthy incentives and disciplinary sanctions, and further improve credit information sharing to maintain a fair and just power market order.
