CEC open free online training courses during the prevention and control of COVID-19

In the special period when the employees in the power industry are struggling to win the fight/battle against the epidemic and guarantee power supply, CEC responded to the overall national deployment, took immediate action, united social forces, and integrated industry resources. CEC launched the online course section of the talent development & service platform for the power industry in advance on February 20, 2020 and organized several excellent online training courses during the epidemic. The courses are open to electric power practitioners free of charge.

The first phase of the online course covers more than 150 items such as power engineering construction and operation inspection, enterprise and project management, AI and big data technology, and Chinese traditional culture. It helps power industry practitioners to improve their professional and vocational skills in this special period, fully reflects the role of CEC in actively fulfilling social responsibilities and serving power enterprises, and contributes to resolutely winning the fight against COVID-19. In 2019, CEC established Talent Assessment Center Co., Ltd, which strives to build a professional and authoritative third-party talent assessment organization to better "service the sustainable growth of power talents and support the high-quality development of the power industry".
