AESIEAP Secretary General Rogelio visited China Electricity Council
On June 14, 2019, Mr. Liu Zhenya, Chairman of GEIDCO and China Electricity Council (CEC), met with the visiting Mr. Rogelio L. Singson, Secretary General of AESIEAP 2019‐2020 and President & CEO of MERALCO PowerGen Corp in Beijing. The two sides agreed to strengthen pragmatic cooperation, and create an inclusive platform for profound exchange and cooperation among power industry communities in Asia, and support the upcoming AESIEAP events of 2019-2020. The two sides stand ready to promote broad consensus for the concept of global energy interconnection (GEI) in the Asia-Pacific region, and spearhead all involved parties to jointly accelerate its development.
Mr. Yang Kun, executive president of CEC also met with Mr. Rogelio L. Singson.Yang said,CEC would organize Chinese company to actively participate in the CEO Conference 2019 and AESIEAP 2019-2020.
