Yang Kun attended The 4th session of Energy Forum and International Engineering Science and Technology Development Strategy High-end Forum

On 21^st September, The 4th session of Energy Forum and International Engineering Science and Technology Development Strategy High-end Forum was held in Beijing. Yang Kun, Secretary Party Leadership Group and executive vice president of CEC was present by invitation.

Nur Bakeri, deputy director of the National Development and Reform Commission and director of the National Energy Bureau joined and delivered a report entitled by “China energy situation”. The report points out that promoting energy revolution is a long-term and complicated system. On the way forward, we must unswervingly and thoroughly implement the energy strategic thoughts of President Xi Jinping, promote energy revolution in the depth and kept five “insisting and unshakable” principles.

The Forum invited 39 academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Chinese Academy of Engineering, 5 well-known foreign experts, 14 government officers and top-level enterprises. 19 academicians and industry experts were chose and delivered speeches, talking on latest advancement and technology of global energy and electricity development. Global energy green low-carbon, safe and efficient transition development strategy, and China’s electricity innovation development path were discussed in the meeting.
