The three ISO standards including Corrosion Control Engineering Life Cycle - General Requirements developed by CSG's EHV Power Transmission Company were released by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) after being approved by 164 member states.
China innovatively brings the "corrosion control engineering life cycle" to ISO, setting the first standard for corrosion control.
The International Committee for Standardization of Corrosion Control Engineering Life Cycle conferred "Major Contribution Prize" to EHV.
"It is rare to see three ISO standards developed and released within just four year," says Li Yubing, Deputy Director of Standardization Innovation Department, State Administration for Market Regulation.
The release of Pipeline Corrosion Control Engineering Life Cycle - General Requirements, Corrosion Control Engineering Life Cycle - General Requirements, and Corrosion Control Engineering Life Cycle - Risk Assessment has promoted "Chinese Discourse" to the world and shows a China catching up in the international standardization of corrosion control.
