CEEC sign the two project agreement
In the witness of President Xi Jinping and Philippine President Duterte, Wang Jianping, chairman of China Energy Engineering Corporation Limited, signed an agreement for the Kaliwa Dam Project and the Clark Industrial Park Project at the Philippine Presidential Palace on 20th,November.
The Kaliwa Low Dam design has a 600 million-liters-a-day (MLD) capacity, and the water supply tunnel has a 2,400-MLD capacity. If and when built, the Kaliwa Low Dam is expected to ease the demand on the Angat Dam, which is currently Manila’s sole water storage facility. After the project is completed, it will help to solve the basic needs of local residents and improve their quality of life.
The Clark Industrial Park is located in New Clark City, covering 500 hectares,it is planned for commercial, industrial, residential and mixed land, and introduce high-tech and manufacturing industries.
