EP China Gets Listed as Leading Exhibition by the Ministry of Commerce of China

Recently, the Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued the Notice for China's Leading Exhibition List. In total 115 exhibitions held in China are listed as leading exhibitions supported by the Ministry in 2014. The 15th International Exhibition on Electric Power Equipment and Technology (EP China 2014) host organized by China Electricity Council (CEC) is the only power industry focused exhibition winning such an honor. This is the third consecutive year that EP China has been listed as the Leading Supported Exhibition by the MOC.

Organized yearly since 1986 (in Beijing and Shanghai by turns), EP China has developed into China's largest, most influential and professional exhibition focusing on power industry, providing an important platform showcasing electric power technology and equipment in China. Its 2014 edition will be held between Oct.22nd to 24th at China International Exhibition Centre (old venue) in Beijing. The total exhibition area will be above 35000 square meters. Over 1000 well-known power equipment suppliers from more than 25 countries and regions are expected to exhibit their new products and equipments. Up to now, more than 100 famous companies, including ABB, Schneider, Hyundai Heavy Industries, Southern Electric, Hitachi, Delixi, General Cable, Emerson, Nari Group, Linbo Technology, XJ Group and Pinggao Group etc., have confirmed their interests in participation.

EP China provides a platform to display power transmission and transformation equipments, power generation equipments, medium and low-voltage electric equipments and apparatus, power system dispatching equipment, electronic devices, automation equipments, environmental technology and equipment, control and test equipment and instruments, electrical and electro-mechanical devices for architectures, power product manufacturing equipments, machines and materials etc.

In view of the imminent ecologic civilization construction in China, EP China 2014 will arrange a special exhibiting zone for power conservation and environmental protection technology and equipment suppliers.

The 2014 Smart Grid Forum Beijing Summit will be held during the plenary session of the affair's concurrent conferences. Topics will cover industry policy and regulation, latest market dynamics, best practices as well as latest leading technologies etc.
