Guangzhou - Zhang Wenfeng, Vice President of China Southern Power Grid recently hosted Fabrice Fourcade, Group Vice President of électricité de France S.A. and Chairman of EDF China, and his visiting group at the CSG Headquarters to discuss deepening cooperation between the two companies.
During his welcoming remarks to Mr. Fourcade and his group, Mr. Zhang said that EDF, “has been a friend with CSG for many years and the cooperation between the two companies has been robust.”
According to Mr. Zhang, “both China Southern Power Grid and électricité de France are facing important periods of company transformation. CSG wishes to continue its cooperation and to communicate efficiently with EDF and that CSG will remain open and work for a win-win situation in fields including new energy, incremental power distribution and overseas third-party market to deepen the cooperation.”
Mr. Fourcade said, “EDF appreciates CSG's good performance of this year, especially the period when the world was under the influence of COVID-19.”
Mr. Zhang added that, “CSG continues to be a strategic partner of EDF.”
He wished the two companies will, “continue to cooperate in strategic management, power transmission and distribution, power market and energy conservation & emission reduction.”
In his closing remarks, Mr. Fourcade also called for cooperation and win-win deals in emerging fields and markets.
