The 2015 Asia-Pacific Power Association CEO Conference will be held in Chiang Mai, Thailand from October 25 to 26. Wang Liangyou, CSG Vice President , led the delegation to attend the conference.
Wang Liangyou held talks with the Chairman of Asia-Pacific Power Association and President of Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand Thongchai on more high-level visits and working-level exchanges and strategic cooperation agreement and the formation of GMS Power Coordination Centre (RPCC). In addition, Wang held talks with Yang Kun, Party Secretary of China Electricity Council, Chu Wen-chen, President of Taiwan Power Company, Poon Wai Yin Paul, Managing Director of CLP Power Hong Kong and Wang Yeping, General Manager of Datang Power Group.
The theme of this conference was "Sustainable Energy and Security: Choices and Challenges of Power Supply Enterprises”. It was organized by Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand. The conference attracted more than 180 executives from 50 members in 12 countries, including China, Japan, India, South Korea, Australia, Germany, France and others.
CSG officials from the International Department, Equipment Department, Systems Operations Department and Science & Technology Research Institute attended the meeting.
