Chen Yunpeng Inspects CSG International Co. Ltd.

Guangzhou - On the morning of June 11, Chen Yunpeng, Vice President of China Southern Power Grid, visited CSG International Co. Ltd. to inspect the Company’s senior management team as well as international epidemic prevention and control techniques and international business development.
Mr. Chen learned of the recent work and latest progress of project development, giving his nod to the epidemic prevention and control of the Company. He noted the declining profits from regulatory services which was surpassed by those from competitive business last year.
He noted that, “CSG has a great potential in internationalization. With the full support of internal resources, CSG International Co. Ltd. should speed up in developing and investing international projects, so as to build another international company soon”.
Mr. Chen stressed that, “CSG International Co. Ltd. should strike a balance between epidemic prevention and the company’s normal business operations”.
He added:
1. The Company should continue to prevent and combat the pandemic while fully resuming its production. On the basis of staying “zero infection”, ongoing production should be resumed safely.
2. All staff should take a professional attitude towards work inspection, regarding it as a turning point for better management.
3. Sub-goals should be set in order to clarify the position of the Company and benchmark it against other companies throughout the international community. More ambitious goals can be set to improve the quality of the Company’s international business to lay a firm foundation for China Southern Power Grid to excel as a market leading worldwide enterprise.
4. While taking care of the existing projects, CSG International Co. Ltd., should develop new projects by innovating management modes and taking advantage of the resources and talents of from the thousands of talented CSG staff. The functional departments within the CSG Headquarters are expected to give its full support to this effort.
5. CSG International Co. Ltd. should minimize the operation risk of Nam Tha 1 Lao Power Company by making an overall plan during improving transmission capacity of Yunnan Power Grid.
In conclusion, Mr. Chen gave his valuable leadership to manage specific problems in expanding international business and setting work requirements for related functional departments in the headquarters.
