III. Types of Talent to be Introduced

(I) Overseas high-end talent

The talent to be introduced shall generally have a doctoral degree.They shall be engaged in natural science, engineering technology, management innovation, etc. The talent shall hold full-time middle and senior positions in overseas well-known universities, enterprises or scientific research institutes.

(II) Domestic high-end talent

The talent to be introduced shall include the academicians of Chinese Academy of Sciences or Chinese Academy of Engineering, the directors of important academic and technical organizations, the person in charge of the work winning National Awards for Science and Technology in the past five years, the technical directors of the National Key R&D Programs of China in the past five years, the professors or associate professors from the global top 150 (according to ranking by comprehensive power) or top 50 (according to ranking by faculty) universities, the chief scientists, chief technical officers, directors of the major projects or other equivalent professionals from well-known enterprises.

IV. Incentives

1. Remuneration and benefits: Competitive remuneration and living subsidies will be provided according to the principle of first-class remuneration for first-class talent.
