Liu Guangying met with Vice President of EDF and President of EDF China Fabrice Fourcade

On October 16, CDT Vice President Liu Guangying met with vice President of EDF and President of EDF China Fabrice Fourcade at CDT headquarters. The two sides conducted in-depth exchanges on strengthening cooperation.

Liu Guangying extended welcome to Fabrice Fourcade and his team. He pointed out that China Datang has firmly established new development concepts, actively promoted energy transformation and innovative development,  vigorously explored international markets such as Southeast Asia, and accelerated the construction of a world-class energy company. China Datang and EDF have broad prospects for cooperation in the field of renewable energy and digital and intelligent energy. He hopes that both parties will further strengthen exchanges and cooperation and jointly promote high-quality development.

Fabrice Fourcade highly praised and thanked China Datang for strengthening the safety production management of the joint venture Fuzhou Power Plant and Sanmenxia Power Plant in spite of the impact of COVID-19 epidemic. He pointed out that on the basis of good exchanges and close cooperation, EDF and China Datang will further conform to the development trend of the energy industry and strengthen cooperation in renewable energy, energy saving and environmental protection and integrated energy service industries in China, France and other third-party markets.
