CHD Helps Enterprises Grow with Stable and Thorough Improvement on Quality and Efficiency

BEIJING, April 21 -- In response to the impact of COVID-19 outbreak, CHD has vigorously carried out actions to improve quality and efficiency, and made solid efforts to promote incremental and stable investment, excavation of internal potential, reduction to promote revitalization. CHD’s Sichuan company had held one-on-one meetings on the improvement of quality and efficiency with its 14 subordinate enterprises respectively, and carried out "standard sieving", comprehensive "examination consultation" and "customized examination and policies for each enterprise" for each one of them. Through these, an anatomy of the enterprises’ present situation was conducted and problems were identified. Optimization on quality efficiency, mechanism on supervision were built accordingly to deepen support mechanism with "upper and lower linkage and push-pull combination", paving "the last kilometer" from the deployment to the implementation of different projects.

CHD’s Shanxi company has extended the heat market, consolidating the existing market while excavating potential users, to guarantee heating for people's livelihood. In the first quarter, the company had delivered 7.3838 million GJ of heat, up by a 14.26% year-on-year growth rate. Meanwhile, taking advantage of the historical opportunity of Shanxi Province's revolutionary comprehensive energy reform pilot project, CHD strives in the development of comprehensive energy projects such as industrial steam supply, distributes multi-energy complementary, distribution network and so on. CHD's first comprehensive energy project -- AGC frequency modulation auxiliary service project based on energy storage, has achieved good results.

In this silent war against an invisible enemy, CHD has returned to the Chinese economy in which it is nurtured, servicing the "six stabilities" framework, accurately tackling the tasks on energy security, contributing strength to achieving the goals in economic and social development.
