Wen Shugang attends the Second Inner Mongolia International Energy Conference

On August 9 to 11, Wen Shugang Chairman of the Board, Secretary of Party Leadership Group of China Huadian Corporation LTD. attended the Second Inner Mongolia International Energy Conference, met with Bu Xiaolin, Deputy Secretary of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region CPC Committee and Chairperson of the autonomous region, witnessed signing of strategic cooperation agreement between CHD and the region’s government.

On the afternoon of August 10, the Second Inner Mongolia International Energy Conference kicked off in Ordos. Deputy Secretary of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region CPC Committee and Chairperson of the autonomous region Bu Xiaolin attended and addressed the conference.Vice Chairperson of the autonomous region Ai Lihua attended the opening ceremony. Li Zhi, lead supervisor at the National Energy Administration hosted the ceremony. Wen Shugang attended the opening ceremony and relevant activities. On the morning of August 11, Bu Xiaolin and Wen Shugang met for discussions on further deepening cooperation and witnessed signing of strategic cooperation framework agreement, signed by Ai Lihua and Yang Qingting as respective representatives from two sides.

According to the agreement, two sides will strengthen joint efforts in planning, research, development and construction of new energies projects, concertedly promote transformation and upgrading of energy industry and poverty alleviation work in Inner Mongolia. During the meeting, Wen Shugang also appreciated the autonomous region’s government for its long-term support and help.
