Wang Hongzhi meets with GE Chuck Nugent

CHD Member of Party Leadership Group, Vice President Wang Hongzhi met with Chuck Nugent, VP, CEO and President of GE Gas Power on August 24 at CHD headquarters, exchanging views on further enhancing cooperation.

Wang Hongzhi welcomed Chuck Nugent and his team and briefly introduced to them Chinese power market and CHD’s development in distributed energies and natural gas-fired power generation sectors. He said that as Chinese power industry is at the stage of transformation, reforms in energy and power systems is presenting broad space for development to power industry, and that natural gas-fired power generation and distributed energies markets are seeing huge development potential. He hoped that two companies seize current opportunities and achieve win-win results by leveraging respective strengths.    

Chuck Nugent expressed his appreciation for CHD’s confidence and support and introduced progress in related work. He said that GE will be fully devoted to the development of the JV to promote TM sales worldwide.

CHD and GE also discussed their JV’s business development plan and exchanged views on some matters concerning future development.  

Heads of CHD relevant departments of subsidiaries, relevant personnel from GE also attended the meeting.
