CHD Board Member, President, Deputy Secretary of Party Leadership Group Wen Shugang attended the Belt &Road Trade and Investment Forum held in Beijing on April 12, and addressed the parallel discussion on Infrastructure Construction and Connectivity.
Wen Shugang said that infrastructure construction and connectivity are significant parts of the Belt & Road initiative and are critical to the economic growth and people’s well-being in countries along B&R where, Southeast Asia in particular, huge potential lies in power infrastructure development. CHD is willing to seize opportunities, dig cooperation potential as well as share perspective strengths with countries along B&R, so as to achieve win-win results.
This Belt & Road Trade and Investment Forum is jointly hosted by China Chamber of International Commerce, World Chambers Federation and the Silk Road Business Council, gathering over 700 delegates from 55 countries and regions.
