CHD outside directors in Guizhou and Sichuan

CHD outside directors Zheng Baosen, Boon Swan Foo, Sun Xiaomin, Peng Chen inspected projects and assets in Guizhou and Sichuan provinces from March 5 to 9. 

While in Guizhou, the delegation visited sites including the planned route of natural gas pipeline in north Guizhou, Anye No.1 shale gas well, Goupitan hydropower station, and Wujiang cascade station remote control center. They also listened to work reports of Guizhou Wujiang Company and Guizhou Qianneng Shale Gas Company, highly appreciated two companies’ work on management, reform and development and suggested on how to develop clean energies in Guizhou.

While in Sichuan, after reviewing the current progress on the shale gas project co-invested by China National Petroleum Corporation and China Huadian Clean Energy Company, outside directors weighed in with their suggestions on next moves. The directors then inspected CHD Sichuan subsidiary, visited the company’s culture exhibition hall, and approved its achievements in the context of complicated and challenging environment. They also demanded that Sichuan company should further intensify market-oriented operation, increase profits and save expenses and guard against operational risks.       

Heads of relevant subsidiaries also attended the inspection tour.
