Huadian external directors Zheng Baosen, Boon Swan Foo, Sun Xiaomin, Peng Chen inspected Huadian Batam TJK power plant and Bali GEB power plant in Indonesia.
During their investigation, external directors went to the front line of production to send their greetings and they approved what two plants have achieved after researching the history and current operation of units.
External directors suggested local investors and Huadian Engineering Company (Huadian subsidiary) to enhance safe operation and units sustainability; to improve technical and economic performance; to improve employee training; to study overseas financing and capital operation; to balance risk and opportunity for local development.
Relevant personnel of group departments and subsidiaries also attended the inspection.
