Yang Qingting Met with Steve Hill

CHD Vice President Yang Qingting met with Steve Hill, Executive Vice President, Gas and Power Marketing and Trading, Shell on February 29 at CHD headquarters in Beijing on February 29.

Yang briefly introduced CHD and its development plan, with regarding to gas-fired power plants and distributed energy station in particular, to be conducted during the “13th five-year” period. He said that CHD will continue to adapt itself to energy  development trend, actively explore supply-side reform and enhance its leading role in gas power generation according to state’s requirements under economic New Normal. He hoped that CHD and Shell will strengthen communication for mutual benefits through advancing cooperation in gas-fired power generation, shale gas and long-term LNG agreement.  

Steve Hill appreciated CHD support and briefed Mr. Yang on Shell purchase of BG Group. He also called on two sides to expand collaboration sphere on basis of previous foundation.   

Heads of relevant departments and subsidiaries also attended the meeting.
