Longyuan Power’s First Photovoltaic Intelligent Early Warning Analysis Model Launched

On July 16, China Longyuan Power Group Corporation under China Energy successfully launched its first self-developed photovoltaic intelligent early warning analysis model, which covers all new energy assets of the company.

Due to the large area, wide distribution and large number of components and strings, the operation and maintenance of photovoltaic power plants are difficult. Through traditional monitoring system combined with manual patrol operation and maintenance, it is difficult to locate faults in a quick, effective and accurate manner, and the processing time is long, resulting in a large loss of power when the equipment runs sick. Intelligent diagnosis of power plant equipment is carried out by “big data plus artificial intelligence” algorithm. When potential defects and power generation performance deviations are found, they are promptly eliminated on-site, which helps realize predictive maintenance of photovoltaic power plants to effectively improve equipment reliability and increase economic benefits.

The model can discover the sub-health status of photovoltaic power plants in time, provide technical support for on-site rectification, effectively avoid power loss, and help the company build a smart production and operation system, in a bid to lay a foundation for digital transformation.
