On August 25, China Energy Jiangsu Branch was commended by the provincial government of Jiangsu in recognition of its best performance in energy efficiency benchmarking among power companies in Jiangsu Province. Taizhou Company and Suqian Company under its umbrella were awarded the title of “Benchmark Enterprise,” and five units, including Unit 3 of Taizhou Company, Unit 11 and Unit 13 of Jianbi Power Plant, Unit 4 of Suqian Company, and Unit 1 of Chenjiagang Company, were honored as “Benchmark Unit.”
The awards represent recognition by Jiangsu Electric Power Industry Association of the company’s achievements in energy saving and consumption reduction, safety production, and technical transformation, while encouraging it to make new contributions to creating a world-class enterprise with global competitiveness, promoting the quality and efficiency of Jiangsu Province’s power industry, helping the province’s high-quality economic development, and building a “strong, rich, and beautiful” new Jiangsu.
