At the 7th Public Transparency Forum for Chinese Electricity Industry Enterprises held on December 17, 2020, Guodian Power Development Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China Energy, won an Outstanding Enterprise Award for CSR Information Disclosure.

Over the years, Guodian Power has attached great importance to information disclosure, and always strictly examined the information before disclosure as well as the disclosure process to ensure information is released in a timely, accurate and complete manner. The company organizes professional training on a regular basis and has formulated contingency plans for information disclosure in emergency situations in a bid to improve the staff’s capacity for information disclosure. Through various channels such as investor hotline, online platforms and online meetings, Guodian Power has remained active in maintaining communication with investors. By leveraging the release of regular reports, it holds performance presentation meetings to respond to questions from investors and publishes highlights of its performance on the front pages of authoritative financial media such as China Securities newspaper to communicate the values of the company.
