Five China Energy Teams Earn the Title of National Youth Model in Safe Production

The Central Committee of the Communist Youth League (CYL) of China and the Ministry of Emergency Management recently issued a notice to announce nomination of 389 collectives as National Youth Models in Safe Production for 2019.

Five teams from China Energy, including the No.2 comprehensive excavation team in Zaoquan Coal Mine of Shenhua Ningxia Coal Industry Group Co., Ltd., the machine control squad of the thermal plant of Shuangliao Power Generation Co., Ltd., the thermal control squad of the equipment department of China Energy (Quanzhou) Thermal Power Co., Ltd., the electric squad of the maintenance department of the Phase 3 of Ningxia Dam, the Paste PVC device central control operation team of Ningxia Yinglite Chemicals Co., Ltd., were among the winners.

Since the beginning of this year, in the face of the unexpected outbreak of COVID-19, the CYL Committee of China Energy has adhered to the concept of putting safety and life first and ensuring both online and offline safety and led young employees to make contributions to building a sound and safe production environment through strengthening safety education, improving safety skills, forging safe production teams, enhancing safety supervision and carrying out such activities as “Safe Production Month,” “Youth Civilization Project” and “Youth Role Models in Safe Production.”
