China Three Gorges Corporation (CTG) has more than tripled the number of university graduates it has recruited this year despite a bleak job market caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, recruiting 1,744 university graduates this year to date that is nearly 1,200 more than that in the same time last year.
CTG has taken the lead in rolling out corporate social responsibility-oriented recruitment policies such as giving priority to the children of frontline medical staff and impoverished students, as well as graduates from regions such as Hubei, the Three Gorges Dam and the Jinsha River reservoir district.
