Local Pakistani Employees of CTG Attended the Commencement Ceremony for the Three Gorges Training Program

On June 20, the commencement ceremony for the Three Gorges training program co-hosted by China Three Gorges International Corporation (CTGI) and China Three Gorges Corporation University was held for CTG's Pakistani employees at the headquarters of CTG. Nearly 20 foreign employees from Karot, Kohala and Pakistan's Wind Power Projects attended the ceremony.

Along with the rapid development of the international business, and local management have been gradually replacing Chinese management in overseas subsidiaries of CTG. The 11-day training program, themed “understanding and recognizing the Three Gorges”, aims to enhance local employees' understanding of CTG's history and culture as well as to foster their sense of belonging and mission. The courses include Chinese history and culture, Chinese corporate management culture, the Belt and Road Initiative, China-Pakistan Economic Corridor, the Three Gorges Project, CTG and its global business.
