China Three Gorges Corporation (CTG) signed a strategic partnership agreement with Agricultural Development Bank of China (ADBC) in Beijing on November 8, laying a foundation for wide-ranging cooperation between the two sides.
Under the agreement, the two sides are aiming to enable the development of a high-quality Yangtze River Economic Corridor and improve the Yangtze eco-system. CTG and ADBC will conduct in-depth collaboration across a wide range of fields including the restoration of the eco-system, environmental protection, clean energy development and poverty alleviation in Yangtze Economic Corridor.
Prior to the signing ceremony, the two sides held high-level talks on the above issues. In a joint declaration, they expressed hope that the agreement will leverage their respective strengths and use business development to deepen their partnership and achieve growth.
