China Longyuan Power’s First Air Heat Source Project Completes a Heating Task

On April 15, as the last air-source heat pump was shut down, the first air-source heating project of China Longyuan Power under China Energy successfully completed its 2021-2022 heating mission, which lasted for 182 days and covered 122,400 square meters in total.

To implement the largest air heat source project in Inner Mongolia, the company used 93 air source heat pump units to supply heat for Northern International Stone Material Mall in Ulanqab, which pioneered clean heating in Inner Mongolia. It is calculated that the project can supply 72,000 GJ of heat, save 4,000 tons of raw coal, reduce 27.15 tons of smoke and dust, and cut 46.62 tons of carbon dioxide emissions during a single heating season, proving remarkable environmental benefits.
