Guohua Energy Investment’s Zhangjiakou 50-MW Agriculture-Solar Project Approved

On August 11, the intelligent energy arm of  Guohua Energy Investment Co., Ltd. under China Energy  obtained the  approval of its 50-MW agriculture-solar compelmentary project in Zhangjiakou from the Administrative Examination and Approval Authority of Yangyuan County of Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province.

With an installed capacity of 50 MW and a total investment of about 282.65 million yuan, the project is located in Datianwa Township of Yangyuan County. The project is expected to contribute 75 million kWh of electricity annually to local power grids, saving 22,500 tons of standard coal and reducing 75,000 tons of carbon dioxide emissions each year. The project realizes the “on-panel power generation and under-panel planting”, which will produce impressive social and economic benefits and facilitate the diversified development of the local new energy industry.
