Dadu River Hydropower Company Innovates Concrete “Full-Chain” Intelligent Management Model

On August 7, Dadu River Hydropower Development Co., Ltd. under China Energy completed the deployment and debugging of the optical fiber network linking the access point to the No.5 concrete mixing tower at the construction site of the Shuangjiangkou hydropower plant with a world-class high dam. The network enables real-time connection of production data of the concrete mixing tower with the intelligent underground engineering module, achieving full-process sensing, full-chain control, and full coverage of the underground concrete engineering project and greatly improving the project’s quality and efficiency.

The intelligent underground engineering system of the Shuangjiangkou hydropower plant forged an integrated concrete quality monitoring and control platform to provide one-stop digital monitoring and control of construction quality, ranging from the acceptance of raw material to after-placement maintenance and fault management. Through automatic collection of production data of the concrete mixing tower and then transmit it to the visualized and integrated precaution and decision-making module of the intelligent underground engineering system, it can give full play to the data management and analysis function, integrate and share data collected in the monitoring process, and achieve real-time monitoring and fault traceability.
