Longyuan Power’s Distributed Intelligent Algorithm Platform Put into Large-scale Application

On September 14, Longyuan Power under China Energy took the lead in the industry in completing large-scale deployment of a nationwide distributed intelligent algorithm platform, relying on the “Research and Application Demonstration of Integrated Data Analysis of New Energy Investment, Construction and Operation of China Energy” project to enhance its intelligent monitoring means to safe production, operation and management.

The company has built an open, intensive, cloud-side full-stack intelligent algorithm platform with “one center and multiple nodes”. Taking the actual scenario of Longyuan Power’s production and operation as the entry point, this system combines computer vision perception to supervise and manage personnel’s production work, equipment operation status and unsafe environmental factors in a comprehensive manner, and continues to empower safe production through intelligent applications. In addition, the system also achieves optimal scheduling combined to production work orders, and comprehensively promotes business upgrading while ensuring maximum utilization of server resources through the automatic triggering of algorithmic models, automatic invocation of equipment video, and automatic development of intelligent analysis. It also realizes closed-loop model management through methods involving model deployment, early warning analysis, alarm aggregation, model training, model distribution, and model deployment, and improves the accuracy of algorithm model through continuous optimization of self-learning capability with algorithm model.

The distributed intelligent algorithm platform integrates unstructured data such as video and audio with safe production, further explores the potential value of production and operation data, and builds an open ecology of new energy intelligent applications, so as to lay a solid foundation for promoting the intelligence and digitalization of new energy stations.
