Guohua Energy Investment Co., Ltd. Invested in 99MW Wind Power Project in Hebei to Achieve Remarkable Results in Environmental Protection

Recently, the 99MW wind power project at Dananshan and Motianling in Chicheng County, Hebei Province, launched by the Hebei branch of Guohua Energy Investment Co., Ltd. under CHN Energy, was put into full operation.

The project is located on the border between Chicheng and Chongli counties in northern China’s Hebei Province. With an average altitude of 2,100 meters, it is an alpine wind farm. The project consists of 22 4.5MW wind turbines, with a total installed capacity of 99MW, and a 220KV booster station. It is estimated that the project can deliver electricity of nearly 266.45 million kWh to the grid each year, with its annual power-generating equipment availability hours reaching 2,691. It can save 80,100 tons of standard coal and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 213,800 tons, sulfur dioxide emissions by 315,400 tons, and nitrogen oxide emissions by 452,300 tons each year, thus achieving remarkable results in environmental protection.
