On November 25, the first intelligent energy management platform independently developed by Dadu River Company of CHN Energy passed performance tests and officially began trial operation online.
The intelligent energy management platform is based on the industrial internet system and consists of three layers: the edge side, the platform layer and the application layer. It focuses on safety management and control in small and medium-sized hydropower stations, and integrates a range of functions such as hydropower equipment, flood control, dam operation, geological disaster response, and employee safety. The platform can provide professional support for small and medium-sized hydropower stations and energy regulatory authorities. At present, the R&D team of the platform has realized fruitful achievements, earning eight invention patents and publishing five high-quality papers and one academic monograph. The platform helps achieve integrated development of energy internet technology and intelligent enterprise construction and has far-reaching practical influence on accelerating the construction of clean energy industrial ecosystem in the Dadu River Basin and boosting economic development of Sichuan Province.
