Dadu River Company’s Intelligent R&D Achievement Listed among 2022 Excellent Innovation Cases for IT New Governance

On January 6, the list of the 2022 Excellent Innovation Cases for IT New Governance was unveiled at the 2022 GOLF+IT New Governance Leadership Forum. The “intelligent auditing data resources and intelligent application scenario construction” project of Dadu River Hydropower Development Co., Ltd. (“Dadu River Company” for short) under CHN Energy made the list and was invited to deliver a keynote speech.

The 2022 GOLF+IT New Governance Leadership Forum was organized under the leadership of the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology. The event annually releases excellent IT governance projects that have independent intellectual property rights, and boast advanced technology, stable and reliable quality, effective governance results, and enhanced efficiency. Projects of eight enterprises, including Dadu River Company’s intelligent auditing project, were inscribed onto the list of the 2022 Excellent Innovation Cases for IT New Governance.

In 2022, Dadu River Company upgraded and improved its expense reimbursement intelligent auditing platform and optimized and added 14 auditing models, which cumulatively identified 168,783 bills. The company set up a digital, intelligent auditing framework integrating the four major modules of “database, data mining, risk monitoring and precaution, and big-screen display”. It pushed forward the exploration of intelligent auditing data resources and the construction of intelligent application scenarios in the seven key realms of procurement tendering, contract management, capital management, current payment management, assets management, engineering supplies management, and engineering financial management. Besides, it sorted out more than 100 auditing models. Leveraging advanced technologies and AI tools such as natural language processing and optical character recognition, the company adopted a “data analysis + on-site auditing” work mechanism to empower its digital transformation and enhance its corporate governance effectiveness.
