CHN Energy Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. Supported Energy Supply for Spring Festival through Digital and Intelligent Operations

From January 21 to 27, relying on its achievements in digital and intelligent transformation, CHN Energy Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. (Railway Equipment Company for short) empowered the effort to guarantee energy supply during the Spring Festival period. It completed transport volume of 6,776,500 tons with self-owned vehicles, with a fixed marshalling rate above 98%, and averagely loaded 33 trains per day. It transported 6,203.84 tons of coal from Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, guaranteeing safe, stable and orderly energy supply.

The intelligent scheduling system is used to conduct real-time inspection and commanding of production operations.

To guarantee energy supply in the Spring Festival period, Railway Equipment Company made full use of its intelligent scheduling system while taking into consideration its energy transport organization and production plan, and strictly implemented its integrated transportation plan. Moreover, it paid close attention to key links and posts and continued to optimize various operation plans, ensuring safe, efficient and orderly energy supply during the Spring Festival period. The company spared no effort to coordinate and control transportation operations of self-owned vehicles at railroad switch zones to shorten the turnout time, effectively guaranteeing smooth and direct transportation of coal to power plants. It monitored the quality of vehicle operations around the clock, adjusted train flows based on precautionary information in a timely manner, and informed technical operation stations and train inspection fields as swiftly as possible to remove safety risks. In this way, it achieved continuous, full-process and multidimensional control of overhauling quality and formed systematic risk prevention capability. The company also gave full play to the transporting capacity of its first batch of newly procured vehicles as well as its advantage in cross-bureau transport organization, effectively guaranteeing supply of CHN Energy and the transportation of coal from Xinjiang.
