CHN Energy Sichuan Branch Daily Generated Electricity of Over 100 Million kWh

As of March 14, the Sichuan branch of CHN Energy had maintained daily electricity generation surpassing 100 million kWh for 30 successive days through measures like coordinating operations, strengthening safety management, and optimizing power generation efficiency, successfully fulfilling its mission to guarantee power supply during the Two Sessions.

As the largest coal-fired power enterprise in Sichuan Province, the Sichuan branch of CHN Energy coordinated various power plants, equipped with generation units with a total capacity of more than 6 million kilowatts, to guarantee power supply for the Two Sessions in advance. During the Two Sessions, Tianming Company promptly activated the emergency plan to respond to extreme windy weathers, organized operation and maintenance personnel to carry out emergency protection, and implemented reliable reinforcement protection and warning measures for factory buildings, pipeline insulation, coal trestle bridge protective panels and other facilities attacked by strong winds, and damaged doors and windows. Besides, it took emergency risk evacuation and security measures for booster stations, water intake pump vessels, line pipelines, and coal yards to ensure the full-load operation of generation units.

During the Two Sessions, employees of Jintang Company stuck to their posts on the frontline, carried out regular inspection and maintenance of the heating surface, pressure-bearing components, coal mills and grinding rollers of the No. 62 generation unit, thoroughly inspected and rectified equipment leakage, and eliminated equipment defects in time, ensuring safe and stable operation. They also made full use of the value-based management evaluation platform to refine the benchmarking analysis, strengthened the peak-shaving regulation of the generation unit, and optimized the operation plans for the combustion system and environmental protection facilities, realizing coal-saving and efficient operations.
